7:00 AM · Morning Exercises
The Academy rose with the sun.
Day Two opened on the golf green. Academians exchanged the formality of the meeting room for fresh air, concentration and a few brave first swings. The exercise was light-hearted, but its lesson was unmistakable: progress begins when we are willing to try before we feel completely ready.
Encouragement travelled down the driving range as quickly as the golf balls. Every attempt brought laughter, focus and a shared sense that this Academy day would be experienced in motion.

8:00 AM · Breakfast
A pause to refuel—and reconnect.
Breakfast offered more than energy for the modules ahead. Across the tables, yesterday’s introductions became easier conversations, houses compared notes and the Academy’s growing sense of belonging became visible in the smallest exchanges.
9:00 AM · Academy Modules
Knowledge entered the conversation.
The morning modules asked Academians to listen closely, question confidently and connect ideas to the realities of leading a Local Organisation. Learning moved between individual reflection, table discussion and voices from the front of the room.

“RISE is not a slogan. It is the choice to keep moving—together.
”
12:00 PM · Lunch
Space to reflect before the next ascent.
At midday, Academians paused to recharge and process the morning. The conversations did not stop when the modules did; questions continued over lunch, and lessons began finding their way into personal stories and shared ambitions.
1:00 PM · Academy Modules
Learning stepped beyond the page.
The afternoon demanded participation. Academians presented, challenged assumptions and translated abstract leadership principles into visible teamwork. Creative expression brought fresh energy into the room before experiential activities moved the learning outdoors.

Synergy became impossible to miss.
Outside the hall, the lesson changed shape. Buckets, water, quick decisions and constant encouragement tested how well teams could communicate when plans became messy. Success belonged to the groups that stayed connected, adapted quickly and made sure nobody faced the challenge alone.

7:00 PM · Dinner
The hall reset for the final chapter.
Dinner restored the energy spent across a full day. Academians returned to the hall ready for one final experience—carrying new stories, stronger trust and the confidence that comes from having already overcome something together.
8:00 PM · RISE Experience
The meaning of RISE came into focus.
The evening gathered the day’s lessons into one shared experience. In a more formal setting, Academians listened, reflected and considered what it means to refine their choices, inspire through action, create synergy with others and empower the communities they serve.

Day Two Reflection
Rise is a verb.
Day Two proved that leadership is not learned from observation alone. It is refined through practice, inspired by example, strengthened through synergy and made meaningful when it empowers someone else.
From the quiet concentration of the morning to the collective energy of the final session, Academians chose again and again to participate fully. That choice transformed a programme into an experience—and a class into a community.
Tomorrow, the journey rises again.
